While researching information for another project, I came across this video segment where Oprah shares one of her favorite daily activities – writing in her gratitude journal.
A few weeks ago, I began a journal writing course with a life coach. One of my first assignments was to keep gratitude journal in addition to my daily journal. This process has been extremely helpful. Each day I am reminded that with poise and patience, gratitude and the proper resources, I can navigate most of life’s challenges.
